40 Yard Dumpster Dimensions: The dimensions of a 40-yard roll-off dumpster are 23 feet in length x 8 feet in width x 7-8 feet in height. Its volume capacity is 40 cubic yards of disposable material or about 14 to 16 pickup truck loads.  A 40-yard dumpster is the largest dumpster being offered by Roll Off Dumpster rental companies.

Placement, drop off and pick up: The placement and location of this dumpster should be an open area 30 feet long and 10 feet wide. on delivery and pick up we will need 50 ft in length 10 ft in width at a minimum to manuever this dumpster into place. 

Rental Period: 10 days and $20 a day after the 10 days.Tonnage included: Inlcuded with a 40 yard is 8000 lbs, overages are charged at $78 a ton with a 1 ton minimum. 

Inclusive Rate Pricing: Our price includes delivery, pick up and your dumping fees up to the included tonnage for the specific can size you choose. There are no other charges as long as you stay within the allotted days, tonnage and do not place prohibited items in the dumpster.
